Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

These are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times can run longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show its first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Orders with multiple items
Items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.
Where we ship from
Our products ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which is how we keep prices down. Some items ship internationally.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in our prices.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us at customerservice@krimostore.com right away — we can usually correct it before the order ships. Once shipped, we can't reroute a package.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you don't have it, email us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
